Service Providers are important components of dhanaX's business model. dhanaX Service Providers are transparent in their functioning.

• Section 25 companies
• Non-Government Organizations (NGOs)
• Organizations that have innovative products to improve the quality of lower income people (like solar lamps etc)
• Organizations that have innovative business models in education and healthcare
• Societies registered under Mutually Aided Cooperative Societies (MACS) act
• Farmer Clubs
• Functional cooperatives
• Community Based Organizations
• I.T enabled rural outlets of corporate entities
• Well functioning panchayats
• Rural Multipurpose kiosks / Village Knowledge Centers
• Agri Clinics / Agri Business Centers
• Krishi Vigyan Kendras
• Post Offices
• Insurance Service Providers
• Social Organizations
• Any other organization, as specified from time to time

Selection Criteria

• Organization should be well established, enjoy good reputation and have the confidence of local people.
• Should have satisfactory track record of at least 2 years
• The organization /members should not have any criminal record
• They should have significant local presence
• Should have knowledge of the area
• Past dealings, with financial institutions, should have been satisfactory

Activities

• Identification of needy and credible borrowers
• Collection and preliminary processing of loan applications including verification of primary information /data
• Aggregate loan requirements and update the same on dhanaX site
• Monitor the usage of the loans by the borrowers and provide regular updates on dhanaX site
• Recovery of principal / collection of interest
• Create awareness about dhanaX among potential borrowers
